The University of Birmingham Lifesaving Club is split into two halves. One side teaches lifesaving skills that can be used in the case of an emergency. It teaches basic First Aid, CPR and basic water-based rescues.
The other half teaches the NPLQ - National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
This part of the site will explain what the NPLQ is and what it can do for you. It also contains information about when, where and how to get involved in the courses we run.
